ON or OFF SITE/PARK? When you purchase a static caravan or luxury lodge you enter into an agreement with the land owner (caravan park) of how long your holiday home is permitted to stay on park, this is called TENURE. You would have signed a pitch licence agreement at time of sale with the average tenure for static caravans between 10 – 20 years from either the date of when you purchased or if new from the manufacturers production date. Lodges are normally longer around 25-35 years on average. 

So the BIG QUESTION is do you need to sell OFF SITE? Have you checked your sales paperwork and pitch licence agreement?
